NIVAS — Terms of Use
1. About these terms.
NIVAS ("we") is operated by Joinme Estate Co., Ltd. (company registration no. 0105562009870), 50/477 Soi Krungthep Kreetha 7, Hua Mak, Bang Kapi, Bangkok 10240, Thailand. These terms govern your use of the NIVAS app at app.nivasagent.com, the NIVAS Bot and the pages you share from them (together, the "Service"). By creating an account you accept these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Notice.
2. The Service.
NIVAS is a work tool for real-estate professionals in Thailand: listings, clients and follow-up, shareable property pages, and a bot that helps you post on Facebook. Some features are in active development and may change.
3. Your account.
Accounts are by invitation. You must be at least 20 years old, give accurate information and keep your password confidential. One account is for one person. If you belong to an organisation, its administrators can manage your seat and see the shared work of the organisation. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Your content and the people in it.
You keep ownership of what you enter (listings, photos, notes, client and owner details). You allow us to store, process and display it only to run the Service for you. When you store personal data about clients, owners or other agents, you are responsible for having a lawful basis under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and for informing them; we process that data on your behalf. Pages and links you share can be opened by anyone who has the link.
5. NIVAS Bot and Facebook.
The bot runs on your own computer, with the Facebook account you sign into there. We never receive or store your Facebook password or session. You are responsible for respecting Facebook's terms and each group's rules. Facebook may limit or block accounts; we are not responsible for such measures.
6. Acceptable use.
Do not: post false, misleading or illegal listings; send spam; access data that is not yours; try to break, copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service; or use it against Thai law.
7. Paid features.
Some features may require credits or a subscription. Prices and conditions are shown before you pay.
8. Availability.
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or stop features, with notice when a change materially affects you.
9. Suspension and closing your account.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. You can ask to delete your account at any time in Settings › « Request account deletion »; see the Privacy Notice for what happens to your data.
10. Liability.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost business or decisions made from information in the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes.
We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app before an important change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the new terms.
12. Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and Thai courts have jurisdiction. They exist in English and Thai; If the two versions differ, the Thai version prevails.
